Work was incomplete. Wrong part for replacement so couldn't do that (I understand that right part was ordered but wrong part sent). Also requested bracket for front license plate and it was forgotten. Service assistant offered to try put it on but I didn't want someone doing it without experience. Was supposed to receive a call about ETA for correct part but have not so far.

I walked in and said I was having issue with the taillight and was told what do you want me to do about it. It’s a known issue then he said oh I did t realize it was new. Josh was great but said he couldn’t fix the issue.
