Our service tech Lucky is 5 star! He was courteous, professional and spot on with answers and recommendations. The dealership side of the experience in my opinion is sub standard. We were escorted to the showroom of the Audi dealership for our wait while the dealership serviced our VW Tiguan. The showfloor was vacant. No VW’s inside, no kiosks, no literature? We were in the showroom for 1.25 hours, 1 salesperson was at his desk, one person in an office was on their computer. Neither individual acknowledged or interacted with us at all! No head nod, no help yourself to water or snacks - nothing. Maybe this is the new way to make your guest’s feel comfortable in an automotive environment but it gives me ZERO interest to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership. Again, our service advisor Lucky was outstanding, but the dealership feels dead in the showfloor.

Brought it in for a check engine light and oil leak, got it back and was still leaking oil as bad as before we had it worked on. I looked under the hood and noticed a bolt/ screw that appeared to have been run in crooked with an impact and the head was stripped out and in at an angle. Brought it back it for repairs and didn’t get notified it was done. Had to call and check myself after no reply from the text a day later asking when it would be done. We have two Volkswagens and we have had five warranty issues within a couple months. Hopefully this changes or no more Volkswagens.
