Communication is a problem. You send the link to the vehicle service summary and it expires quickly so we had to ask for it to be resent. When reaching out to discuss service needs that were seen nobody got back to us. We ended up taking it somewhere to get the needed work done. My daughter and son-in-law had the same experience that week. Nobody would call them back. When I picked my vehicle up I was given the key and I asked where to find it. He said it’s out front. I walked around and it was not out there. I went back in and then he went to find it:

The drop off was slick- efficient, warm and welcoming. At the check in, we decided on a pick up time for the following day. The following day, I received a call saying they needed another day to continue investigating the issue, so I obliged. I received no follow up on my vehicle following that conversation. After multiple calls and text messages to the man who was in charge of the ticket, I got pretty frustrated. When we finally connected close to closing time on the new expected pick up day (Thursday), he let me know they still had not had a chance to figure it out. I agreed to pick it up on Saturday morning (following a Tuesday drop off... and living 75 miles away). I did not hear any thing more about my vehicle, after calling to confirm a Saturday pick up... I headed to Fargo to get my Atlas, unsure of if it was even done. Upon arriving on Saturday morning, another guy processed my paperwork- and since he was not in charge of my ticket, he was unsure of what was found or done because no notes were left on the papers from being processed. My app notified me during the initial day that my vehicle had been unlocked and moved. After that day, no other notifications came through, making me wonder how much time was actually spent on my vehicle versus it sitting in the lot. The lack of communication was frustrating; though it started very strong in our initial check in, it quickly fell apart. Even after all of this, the issue persists and there was not ideas on what to do next. Though the issue isn't major, it's still an issue with my newly purchased vehicle.

Was an average dealership experience and nothing stood out but had several issues. Salesman was good but there is a little bit of a disconnect between F&I and the sales person. We were video recorded without acknowledgement by the F&I person. First and only time this has ever happened but the fact that they didn't say they were doing it was something I personally think is totally unacceptable. They may have a disclaimer on one of the walls in the office but it was not verbally mentioned.

Once I was called and told to come get my car, I stood and waited almost 35 min. Then when I got in my car, the problem I most wanted fixed, didn’t get down. So I went in and was told I needed to wait again. I left as I had company and needed to leave. Not sure when I’ll come back.
