I indicated that my VW emails indicate that there are coupons for service. Personnel said he had no coupons... Didn't even check. Also, he indicated that the car was washed and it wasn't. I took pictures... Still dirty. Not sure that I will be back at Valley Imports.

I was given truly exceptional service. I came in to Valley Imports in need of a tire due to a flat I experienced a few hours ago about 15 miles outside of Fargo which was unrepairable. I had the spare tire on and wanted to have a new tire installed for my 80 mile drive to Grand Forks where I live. I arrived late afternoon and knew it would be difficult to get my tire changed out on a walk-in basis close to closing time. I explained all of this to the service consultant, Jacob Brandt, and he took care of me right away even with their busy schedule and no appointment. The tire was replaced and installed in about 30 minutes and they also washed my vehicle after completion. Jacob showed compassion and truly cared about my situation and ensured I was taken care of in a moments notice.
