Half an hour over the estimated time for an oil change, made me late for an appointment. Looks like they washed the car, but the windshield wasn't clean? If I'm being REALLY picky... I wouldn't take a star away for this, but it would have been nice if they put my seat back when they were done.

Levi was an excellent sales associate! He provided me with all of the information I requested and expanded upon it. He was very patient with my questions and decision making promise and was not too pushy. His follow up made me feel like he genuinely cared about my vehicle purchasing journey. He worked with financing for me to come in at the very end of the day to sign the paperwork. I truly appreciated that!

Eric Swenson is the absolute best sales person. We have purchased 4 cars from him and our daughters each 2 and 3 … we won’t deal with anyone else. He is personable and follows up.. makes sure you know and understand how to use the new features of the car. He is fantastic. Recently I had an issue with my new atlas.. which I brought on myself. I put the wrong gas in.. I was four hours away from home. I contacted Eric., he walked me through what to do and also followed up with me to ensure I was taken care if. I had my car towed to Brookdale Volkswagon., the service manager there is amazing and so was Boone and my service tech who kept me informed every step of the way.. please recognize these people as they went above and beyond to help me! The Brookdale center was in Minnesota.. they were also fantastic!! Thank you!
