    Brendan did an excellent job! He was very thorough with us and told us about all of the different options available, but understood that we were looking at various vehicles. We came multiple times before making the decision and each time he did a fantastic job.

    Confusion on where to bring vehicle. Service counters not clearly marked. No courtesy vehicle to use. Lounge area dingy and not clearly marked.

    I called and made an appointment for my oil change - about a week later I needed to reschedule so I called and someone took my information to have someone else call me back. I never got a call back to reschedule and when I tried calling again there was no answer. I kept my original appointment and brought it in. When I dropped it off I mentioned that my brakes had been acting up. I got my vehicle inspection sent to me with no comments at all about the brakes so I had to re ask about them checking it. When I asked about the brakes i mentioned that i had gotten an email for a discounted oil change and asked If i could use that, i was told yes, - it was priced at $99 on the email offer. They said nothing was noted about the brakes so i explained when it started happening and was given an estimate for a hypothetical of what could be wrong with my vehicle and a quote to replace but no one actually explained anything to me. When i got there to pick up my vehicle they did apply a discount however i was still charged more than what the offer was (i believe i got charged about $130). Not sure if there was a stipulation on the discount but if there was that was never relayed to me. I have always had really great service when I have been in before and I did see some new faces so maybe it is just people getting trained in but this appointment seemed to fall short of the typical service i have received.
