Jordan double checked that I had the wheel warranty and let me know what was recommended and that the additional wouldn't be covered under the warranty. I was good with that.

The service video was not included when they sent me the list of additional recommended repairs. It was a substantial service appointment, costing over $1200, yet they didn't even refill the empty windshield washer fluid tank. Which makes me wonder what other fluids did not get topped off that should have been. The car was sitting outside, feezing cold, and doors iced up from having gone through the car wash, and then left out in single digit temps when I picked it up.

I was a bit disappointed. I have asked that my headlight be fixed twice now the last two times I have come in and hasn’t been fixed. Also, I have a recall on my car and I was hoping that would’ve been fixed too, and that was also not fixed so now I have to find time to make another appointment to get that fixed.
