The service team is very friendly and keeps you informed the entire time they have your car.

Consistent delays with the car being worked on, as well as zero communication about those delays. Time for the car out of service was inconsistent with what I would expect for a new vehicle warranty, nearly 2 1/2 months. The only reason I increased to three stars is the transmission was replaced correctly with an all new assembly.
