Tyler was so helpful when the latch on the drivers door locked up on me. It happened 2 times before and I went to Valley Imports and the other servicemen didn't think it was a big deal and scheduled me to have it repaired on another appointment, I had for some warranty work, which was almost a month out. Tyler figured it out right away and had it taken care of. It is not safe to drive holding your car door, so it doesn't fly open and your driving in cold weather and icy roads. I will always deal with Tyler from now on.
