I was booked in for an oil change at 10.30 am. We ended up being there for over 3 hours. This was the opposite of our previous experience. We understand that there was a staff shortage that day. Jacob was extremely apologetic and professional.

We noticed the issue the day we brought the vehicle home in March, was referred to Adv. Autobody for door adjustments. Didn’t resolve issues. Went back and forth with Adv. Autobody for 4 months to get a door seal ordered. Living over an hour out of Fargo very inconvenient. Advanced Autobody stated they were waiting on VW.
