I was told my warranty to replace an engine cap could not be completed, they were able to do it. An oil change took three hours, was told a courtesy ride could take me to the mall. After an hour waiting, the ride was available. Didn’t want to wait an extra hour when my car was ready so chose to wait. No TV, just played some racing videos.

This appointment took a very long time, even though it was scheduled well in advance. We were informed that staff was short upon arrival. We would have rebooked had we known ahead of time. The report said fluids were topped off, yet a couple days after the appointment the low wiper fluid light came on. There was a metal blade embeded in the right rear tire, however there was not enough time to change tires (understandable). Warranty work was noted that needed to be done, however also too short on time to take care of any of that. I hesitate to make another appointment unless I can dedicate several hours to waiting.
