Quality of service is always first-rate with the following exceptions. The lead time to schedule a vehicle is usually weeks out (even if unscheduled repairs are required), and that even basic maintenance requires the commitment of at least half of a work day (3-4 hours even just for basic inspection and oil change). There is no real point in scheduling a specific time for a half-hour job if it is going to take several hours anyway. Customers that live a significant distance from town may find this particularly unappealing. This particular service our vehicle had spark plugs replaced along with a regular oil change and the time required was roughly the same as typical oil changes. Service writers and staff are always wonderful to work with but face impossible task of balancing a workload that evidently exceeds the technician workforce available. We have not seen the quality of employee work suffer as a result of this but we do not plan future scheduled services at Valley Imports in the future now that the manufacturer warranty period has lapsed.
